UK RETURNS

We hope you love your Cedar & Snout order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of placing your order.

For UK customers, returns can be arranged through our Returns Portal. A £4.50 return fee per order will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused, clean and in their original condition
Returned with all original tags attached
In their original packaging and in good condition, including boxes where applicable

Exchanges are available for size changes only.

Once your return has been delivered back to us, please allow up to 14 working days for it to be checked and processed.

For personalised-product reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
