Delivery Information

All orders are packed by us at Cedar & Snout.

We aim to pack and dispatch same day where we can, otherwise next working day depending on capacity. We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

How we ship

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK orders. It's fully tracked and usually arrives 2-3 working days after dispatch.

You'll get a tracking email as soon as it's on its way.

If it's delayed

If tracking hasn't updated after 24 hours it's usually just waiting for Royal Mail to scan — it's still moving. If it hasn't arrived 4 working days after dispatch, email us at cedar.snout@gmail.com and we'll help.
